Payment, Cancellation & Food Safety Policies
Payment Policy
- A 50% deposit is required upfront to confirm all orders and event bookings.
- Deposits are refundable if canceled 72 hours in advance of your scheduled delivery or event date.
- The remaining balance is due 48 hours prior to delivery or event date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
- Orders placed less than 48 hours before the event must be paid in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
In the event that Graze Life California is unable to fulfill your order, your deposit and any payments made will be fully refunded.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance of the event date are eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
- Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance forfeit the deposit but may be eligible to apply it toward a future order within 3 months (subject to availability).
- In the event of illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control, Graze Life California reserves the right to issue a credit or refund at our discretion.
If Graze Life California is unable to fulfill your order, all deposits and payments will be refunded in full.
Delivery & Setup
- Delivery is available for an additional fee based on distance and order size.
- Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the scheduled time.
- For grazing tables or event setups, we require at least 1 hour of setup time prior to guest arrival unless otherwise arranged.
- All boards, platters, and display items must be returned within 24 hours (if applicable) or pickup will be arranged for an additional fee.
Dietary Restrictions & Allergies
- Graze Life California is not a nut-free or gluten-free kitchen. While we take great care in handling food, we cannot guarantee against cross-contamination.
Please notify us of any allergies at the time of booking so we can make accommodations when possible.
Display Equipment & Rentals
- Any boards, stands, or serving pieces provided by Graze Life California remain our property.
- A replacement fee will be charged for any items not returned, damaged, or missing.
Weather & Outdoor Events
- For outdoor setups, the client is responsible for providing adequate shade, cover, and protection from heat, wind, or rain.
- Graze Life California is not responsible for damage or spoilage once the display is completed and signed off on by the client.
Photography & Social Media
- Graze Life California reserves the right to take and share photos of our work for marketing and social media purposes.
- If you prefer not to have your setup photographed, please let us know in advance.
Food Safety
- Charcuterie and perishable foods should not be left out for more than 2 hours (or 1 hour in warm weather).
- Once the display is complete, the client assumes responsibility for maintaining proper food safety conditions.
